Over a 19 year span in college athletics at the D1, D2, & D3 levels, I served as a recruiting coordinator at all 3 levels for both private and state schools. I have worked with scholarships, grants, and financial aid packages to help kids achieve the best fit for them both academically and athletically. I had spent several years as a strength and conditioning specialist which allowed me to work with all different sports both male and female. I have 4 kids with 3 in the recruitable years and one not to far behind. We are involved in youth, travel, and school sports with all our kids. Currently, I still coach professional football and will be working with youth players around the world who are also looking for opportunities to come the the USA for school.

Charles Eger is a 24 year coaching veteran with 19 years in NCAA D1, D2, D3 and 5 years in pro football. He has served as a recruiting coordinator at all 3 levels for both private and state schools. Charles has worked with scholarships, grants, and financial aid packages to help kids achieve the best fit for them both academically and athletically. His educational background in exercise science and sports performance training, allows him to evaluate athletes not only on a sports skill level but also as a complete athlete. Often the difference in earning a scholarship is the athletic development level of the athlete. So many athletes miss opportunities just because their movement skills and strength levels are not developed. It is our vision to make sure our athletes have the complete evaluation and guidance they need to "Find Your Fit" at he next level. With his kids involved in both youth and school sports such as football, baseball, softball, and wrestling, Charles is constantly being asked by parents at these events about what their kids should do in the recruiting process. So, he wanted to develop a program that was easy to use and affordable for every athlete to have an opportunity they deserve.
